THE GREAT GAME OF BUSINESS

"Mini-Games: A Crash Course in Open-Book Management"

Mini-games are a great way to kick-off your implementation of Open-Book Management. They give your employees a "crash-course" in the program and are a critical component of The Great Game motivation strategy. Mini-games help keep interest and involvement high throughout the year by giving employees many opportunities to win and to celebrate.

You will learn:

  • How to design and play a successful mini-game
  • How to choose the target for day-to-day improvements
  • How to create and celebrate "Wins" throughout your organization

Bring a specific issue or opportunity to this interactive seminar and design your own mini-game to take back to your office. We'll supply the materials!

Attendance is limited to only 30 people, so sign up now!

NOTE: Greenbriar has a "NO DENIM" policy.
